Things like outsourcing and freelancing have become so frequent now. A good communication makes you able to retain a healthy relationship outside the institution.

You need to know how the clients feel about your service or product. A good communication includes a feedback. If the clients give the feedback and the company works according to their needs, there is no chance of having dissatisfied customers.
The supplier plays a vital role in the organization by providing the material in time and keeping the service on going. If the supplier fails to do the job, certainly you have to face the music.
So, for a well organized supply chain management, you have to keep a good relationship with the both forward and backward component of the chain.

So the lower level managers have a good set of information about the production efficiency and the follies of the method. A structure of good communication within an organization makes the flow of this type of information from the lower level managers or the worker to the top brass very swiftly.

Different departments have their own information regarding any job task. Most of the Departments are interdependent for their operations. If you do not communicate with your subordinates properly, there is a huge chance of emerging malicious feelings of being detached from the higher authority. A response is very important for organization on the sense that it help create a rich database. A database that includes all the necessary information about the employees, shareholders, clients and the supplier makes the taking decision lot accurate.

If you are able to communicate effectively trough the cross-culture, it would be bonanza for the business. The business’s growth would be boosted up.

The overall productivity is largely affected by the communication system. Under proper surveillance the workers get an environment where s/he can find equity.

11. Break on the Flow of Information
